This policy explains what Kaelido does with the details you give us through this website or on WhatsApp. It follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, work email, mobile or WhatsApp number, your company if you give it, and your answers about your event. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number, your WhatsApp name and the messages you send.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your inquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to plan and deliver your event if you book us. We do not sell your details, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask for it.

Who else handles it

This website runs on Cloudflare, and inquiry emails are delivered by Resend. They handle your details only to run those services for us. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and any event that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting duties. After that we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Emailcontact@kaelido.live and tell us what you would like us to do.
